"La Marne" drawing by Paul Louchet

Beautiful Antique French pencil sketch by Paul Louchet of the Marne River during the flood of 1919. Louchet was the mayor of a small town outside of Paris and was a talented artist, executing works of art in metal, sculpting, painting, and pencil. Friends with artists Daum and Lalique.
