Shipping policy

Shipping for items purchased on the Union Vintage website will typically occur within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. Orders placed throughout the week are typically processed over the weekend and shipped on Mondays. If you need faster shipping, please let us know, and we'll work to accommodate the request. 

We do our best to package items well, utilizing bubble wrap and paper to protect them. However, Union Vintage is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. If you receive an item you believe was damaged during shipping, please take photos of its condition prior to and after opening, and reach out to us immediately at hellounionvintage@gmail.com to start the claims process. 

Finally, for items over $100, we will add additional insurance, up to the cost paid for the item. (Ex. A $250 item will receive $250 in total insurance coverage).
